Your data will be securely stored at JotForm (Privacy policy) and at Google (Privacy policy). It will be shared with IMPRESS (Privacy policy).
As the data and any correspondence forms part of an official complaint, we will retain information you provide to us during the course of making this complaint for a maximum of seven years, after which we will delete the information except for any published adjudication report or arbitration award.
