Isle of Wight Children’s Festival

Buckle up for an Adventure! This spring Ventnor Exchange transforms Quay Arts for three days to host the very first Isle of Wight Children’s Festival!

When is the Festival?

The Ise of Wight Children’s Festival will be taking place from Thursday 12th – Saturday 14th April 2018 at the Quay Arts Centre, Newport.

What ages is the Festival suitable for?

There are events and activities for children of all ages (as well as parents and grandparents!) The theatre shows are primarily aimed at 5 – 12 year olds but would be suitable for older children too.

How much does it cost?

Here’s the best bit! Most events are entirely free and there is no entry fee or ticket to visit the Quay Arts during the Festival. There are 4 events which are ticketed, all of which take place in the Anthony Minghella Theatre and all are £7.50 or under.

What facilites are there at the Festival?

All of the spaces within Quay Arts are wheelchair accessible, and performances and activites throughout the Festival will have a relaxed atmosphere. This is an event created especially for children!

Quay Arts has a wonderful cafe on site, which will has specially created children’s menu for the Festival too!
