We the undersigned petition the council to declare a ‘Climate Emergency’ and aim to make the Isle of Wight Council and the island carbon neutral by 2030. This is in direct response to the findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report ‘Global warming of 1.5°’ published on 8 October 2018.
