Dolly, a three year old rescue cat from Cat Adoption Centre (Cats Protection League) Ryde, Isle of Wight has been found five weeks after disappearing from her adoptive home in Cowes on the Isle of Wight.

Dolly the wandering cat

Dolly trekked over a mile to Cowes Yacht Haven where she boarded a luxury motor cruiser, stowed away and ended up in Poole in Dorset.

Five weeks later, because she had been micro-chipped, she is due to be reunited with the family who adopted her several years ago.

Debs Murphy-Latham (44) and Natasha (10) and Annabelle (7), live in Cowes on the Isle of Wight and adopted Dolly in 2014.
