Have your say on latest Mental Health survey

Thanks to Jenny from the Isle of Wight Local Involvement Network (LINk) for a reminder about this mental health survey. Ed

The Isle of Wight Local Involvement Network (LINk) is currently looking at mental health services for children and young people living in the area. We would like to hear from wide range of local people about their experiences.

The LINk is an independent group run by community members, with the power to get answers from the local authority and the NHS. The LINk keeps track of what matters to local people about health services and support services.

Short questionnaire
We have compiled a short questionnaire of just six questions, aimed at adults who support young people that have used Mental Health Services on the Isle of Wight in order to draw on their knowledge and experience.

After this pilot questionnaire is finished, a series of discussion groups will take place with young people to help understand their experiences of these services.

If you are an adult who supports a young person that has used Isle of Wight Mental Health Services please visit the following link BEFORE the deadline of 31 December 2012.
