Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A team of people, some with retinitis pigmentosa (a blinding eye condition caused by defective genes), will be walking from Cowes to Ventnor, (15 miles on 5.5.12), Alum Bay to Carisbrooke (14 miles, 6.5.12) and Carisbrooke to The Propeller Inn Bembridge, (13 miles 7.5.12). This is part of the Isle of Wight Walking Festival. 

Last year we walked around the Island, this year we are walking North to South, West to East, hence the name cross wight sticks walk.

Please give generously, all money raised will go to research, which is becoming very positive, so that one day in the near future we know that a cure or treatment will be available subject to enough funds being obtained.
