Tickets have now gone on sale for this year’s Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair which will take place on Saturday 12th May in the grounds of Wolverton Manor, Shorwell.
This year’s event, which was a sell out last year, features music from top Island bands Beachcomber, Lucid, Whisky River Band, Scarecrow, Lucid, MoonShiners, The DollyMopps (pictured), All Washed Up and The Herd.
Lots on offer
With an IW real ale beer tent, BBQ, Tea tent, plus children’s activities including circus skills and even a Zumba workshop, Wolverton Folk & Blues Fair looks set to be a celebration of all that’s good about our Island’s local food & music talent.
Tickets for this family friendly event in aid of Leukaemia Research and Brighstone School, are priced at £5 and are available from Waterstone’s bookshop, Newport, The Village Shop, Brighstone, Shorwell Shop and Briddlesford Farm Shop.
It is advisable to get tickets in advance as numbers are limited and last year was a sell out.
